Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items when clearly marked.
  • Items damaged by misuse, wear, washing, alteration or improper handling.

How To Start A Return

Email kickarenashop@gmail.com with your order number, name, reason for return and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging and order details so we can help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing or fulfillment begins. If an order has already shipped, the return policy applies.
